My brother Matt Knudsen and I have been reviewing films and making lists for over 20 years now; you may know us from “Alex & Matt at the Movies”. Over time, we have met and become close friends with some genuine and true lovers of film, much like ourselves. One area that my brother and I found ourselves in; that most others we knew were not, was exploring film from all over the world, not just Hollywood, and the history of film, not just what’s out at the theater ‘now’. One of these friends is Kyle Kenyon.

Kyle and I became obsessed with making Top 10 lists over the past few years. Lists by year, by genre, by actor, by director and many other unique categories. This prompted me to bring the best of two worlds together to encompass the commentary my brother and I have been doing for years and Top ’10’ lists from any and every area of film history. Some people like to read and others like to gloss over lists. We have both here for you, and more.

One thing we look forward to with this blog is to include Guest Bloggers; other friends of ours who share our passion for film.
